Dr. Deborah Stone
Dr. Stone is a graduate of Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced in both Baltimore, MD, and Los Angeles, CA, before settling in Charlotte with her husband. She enjoys all aspects of medicine and surgery, with a special interest in dental health, earning her the role of the clinic's go-to expert for tooth extractions. Outside of work, she stays busy with her two kids and their after-school activities, proudly embracing her roles as both a dance mom and a soccer mom. Her household also includes two cats, a bearded dragon, a crested gecko, and a sweet rescue Pitbull/Husky mix named Finn. In her free time, Dr. Stone enjoys traveling, Pilates, ceramics, and all things crafty.
Dr. Kimberly Briggs
Dr. Briggs knew from the age of five that she wanted to become a veterinarian and has followed that passion ever since. She earned her undergraduate degree from Furman University and later graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine before settling in Charlotte with her husband and two dogs. Her professional interests include surgery, dermatology, and preventative care, and she especially values the relationships she builds with both pets and their owners. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, crafting, hiking, shopping, and relaxing at home with her dogs.
Dr. Justin Yuen
Dr. Yuen, a Southern California native, earned his degree in Animal Biology from UC Davis and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University. He is passionate about routine care and surgery, and enjoys spending his free time playing music, hiking, and relaxing with his partner and their lovable rescue dog, Jojo.
Dr. Megan Hesson
Dr. Megan Hesson, a 2018 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and a Kentucky native, relocated to North Carolina to enjoy its proximity to both the mountains and the beach. Passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine, she has particular interests in surgery, dermatology, and neurology. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four rescue pets—two cats and two dogs—as well as traveling, reading, and singing karaoke.

I bought a mixed breed puppy back in December. I decided to take her to Dr. Yuen for her exam and shots. Dr. Yuen is so kind and compassionate with my puppy, Trixie. I could tell through our conversations that he is very knowledgeable about the do’s and don’ts for dogs. I’ve been going to Clear Creek for over 30 years. The staff are friendly, patient and compassionate. I highly recommend Clear Creek Animal Hospital!

My 2 dogs have been going here for 15 years (15!!). We have received the same great care each and every year. The doctors are very thorough and the support staff and front desk people are great. The paw perks are also great. This is a boutique vet but the personalization and the care are worth the money.

Clear Creek has been our trusted Veterinarians for a decade.The techs are wonderful, the front staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Vets have saved our animals several times and helped us with every part of our pets' lives. Prices are consistent with other clinics. We love this clinic and so do our pets!

We've been to MANY of the various vets around Charlotte, and we won't go anywhere else but Clear Creek. From the front desk to the the doctors and everyone in between, it's very apparent how much they truly care about your pets, and that is something you can't attach a price to. We have two vets that are much closer to us now that we live in Matthews but after trying one of them and not feeling anywhere close to the level of love we get at clear Creek we quickly decided we won't be going back there. Shout out to Libby at the front desk who is always a charm. I recently had to put my cat Ting Ting down who had been my best friend for 20 years. It was an incredibly difficult experience for me but they handled it with the upmost care and respect. You really couldn't ask for more. They are our vets for life. We wouldn't bring our fur babies anywhere else!
